Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Levora application and website (the "Service") operated by Levora ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access Levora and for all activities under your account.
If you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
2. User Content
The Service allows you to create, store and manage data related to your goals, routines, habits, tasks, journals, health logs and financial logs ("Content").
You retain all rights to your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that any Content you upload is lawful and appropriate.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of operating Levora and providing its features. We do not sell or distribute your Content.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:
- Acting in a way that violates national or international law
- Exploiting, harming or attempting to harm minors
- Sending unauthorised advertising or promotional material, including spam
- Impersonating Levora, our staff or another person
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to servers, data or other users’ accounts
- Introducing malware or harmful software
- Using the Service in a manner that interferes with others’ use of it
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Levora and its employees, partners and suppliers are not liable for indirect or incidental damage, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, or unauthorised access caused by factors outside our control.
We provide Levora on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions. This does not affect your rights under UK consumer law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are significant, we will notify you inside the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
