Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Levora application and website (the "Service") operated by Levora ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
1. The Service and Beta Status
Levora provides a productivity and life management service. The Service may be offered in a beta or early access capacity, which means features may change, be added or removed, and the Service may experience interruptions or errors. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Accounts
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must change your password and notify us immediately.
Age requirement and verification
You must provide your real date of birth when signing up. Levora is not intended for and must not be used by children under the age of 16. We use your date of birth as an age gate but do not perform ID verification.
If you misrepresent your age, your account may be suspended or terminated. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and handle the associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
3. User Content
The Service allows you to create, store and manage information such as goals, routines, tasks, journal entries and logs ("Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your Content.
You are responsible for your Content, including ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates applicable law.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm others.
- To send spam or other unauthorised advertising.
- To impersonate Levora, our staff, or any other person.
- To interfere with the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users’ accounts.
Under 18 restrictions
Users under the age of 18 must not use any social or messaging features to contact other users. While direct user-to-user messaging is not currently a feature of the Service, this rule applies to all current and future social features, including any shared challenges or group functionalities.
Any attempt to bypass these restrictions or contact other users inappropriately is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Payments, Subscriptions and Billing
We offer paid subscriptions and one-off payments ("Paid Services"). All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
Subscriptions and Billing Cycles: Paid Services are billed on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Paid Services until that date. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically provide a refund.
Refund Policy: Except where required by law, all payments for Paid Services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
Goodwill Refund Exception: At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time goodwill refund if you contact support at contact@levoraapp.com within 3 days of your original purchase. This is limited to one refund per account. If a goodwill refund is granted, it will be processed through Stripe, and we reserve the right to revoke access to the Paid Service immediately.
Price Changes: We may change our prices. If a price change affects an active subscription, we will notify you in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Disclaimers
Levora is a personal organisation and tracking tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional for specific advice.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. We will provide notice where reasonable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. For details on data after termination, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Levora and its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by updating the "Last Updated" date, notifying you in the app, or sending you an email.
