Billing, Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions and Renewals
All paid Levora plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or annually). This ensures you have uninterrupted access to your premium features.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings inside the Levora app. When you cancel, you will retain access to all your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law, payments for Levora subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current charge.
Goodwill Refund Exception
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a one-time goodwill refund per account. To be considered, you must contact us at contact@levoraapp.com within 3 days of the original purchase date. Approval is not guaranteed. If a refund is processed, your access to paid features may be revoked immediately.
Payment Processing
All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
