At Levora, we take the security and privacy of your data seriously. We are committed to implementing robust security measures to protect your information.
Hosting and infrastructure
Levora runs on Google Cloud Platform using Firebase services. This lets us rely on Google's global infrastructure, which is designed with strong physical, network and environmental security controls in its data centres.
Data encryption in transit
All data sent between your device and Levora is encrypted in transit using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS). This helps protect your information from eavesdropping or tampering while it moves across the internet.
Data encryption at rest
Data stored within Levora's backend services is encrypted at rest using encryption provided by Google Cloud. This means your information remains protected even if the underlying storage media were accessed without permission.
Access control
Access to Levora's production systems and data is limited to authorised accounts that need it for operation and support. We use account level controls and Google Cloud permissions to help ensure users only access the data they are allowed to see.
Vulnerability and updates
We rely on Google Cloud's continuous security monitoring and patching of the underlying platform. In addition, we review and update our application dependencies periodically to reduce exposure to known security issues.
